Arshad Hussain, the founder and managing director of Ahad UK, is a seasoned leader in the Real Estate, Hotel, and Hospitality Industry.

Arshad has worked and acquired a large portfolio of luxury properties in the UK, United Arab Emirates and India. A background in real estate fund and asset management, Arshad built a wide network of both agents and investors during this period.

With 24 years of experience and involvement in the property and construction sector, Arshad developed extensive experience in Residential property development, including structural finance, construction and investment management.

In past years he has taken up the position in senior Management roles for Global Hotel Chains such as Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, The Monarch Dubai, Group RCI, and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and Sol Melia Hotels. This valuable experience has given Arshad an in-depth knowledge of Hotels acquisitions in the UK and United Arab Emirates.

Arshad has a degree in BSC Hons Applied Economics from Brunel University, UK. An Economist, with extensive knowledge and experience of the Hotels Industry, places Arshad in an ideal position to serve the needs of investors and vendors of Real Estate Developments and Hotels.
